This course, entitled "Reinforced Concrete 2", is designed for 3rd-year Civil Engineering students. It enables them to acquire knowledge of the calculation of reinforced concrete sections subjected to simple bending, the calculation of transverse reinforcement (shear force), the calculation of sections subjected to compound bending and torsion.
The course content requires prior knowledge of the concepts of strength of materials and construction materials.
